The shop is restocked with plants as they become available. We are unable to accommodate special plant requests and do not maintain a wait list for new items.
Changes to an Existing Order
We strive to process and package your order quickly so that we can get your new plant on its way to your home. Any changes to your order must be received within 12 hours of placing your original order to ensure that there is time to make those changes prior to shipping. E-mail changes to email@example.com and we will attempt to accommodate your request.
Once an order is shipped, the sale is final and cannot be refunded or cancelled.
Forms of Payment
We accept all major credit cards through our online store checkout.
You have the option of selecting USPS Priority or USPS Express once your address is entered at checkout. Your shipping rate will be calculated for you at that time. Your plants will be shipped within three business days of purchase. Delays may occur because of holidays or weather conditions such as extreme cold, heat or hurricanes. Tracking information will be emailed to you at that time. Once a package is confirmed shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service. USPS Priority packages are not guaranteed to arrive by a particular date, but often do arrive within 3-5 business days. Due to Covid-19, there have been delays in shipping. At times we may also use other shipping services if the speed of delivery is greater.
Shipping to Multiple Addresses
Please place separate orders for each shipping address.
Each plant is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival to your home. Plan to unpack your plants as soon as you receive them. You will find them protected by biodegradable peanuts, and wrapped in a paper sleeve to protect their leaves. Slowly slide the plant out of its sleeve being careful not to bend any leaves. Inside the paper sleeve is a satin sleeve protecting the leaves. Remove this and you will see moss covering the soil. This was placed to maintain moisture during shipping and can now be discarded. We do not advise replanting for at least 2-4 weeks in order to give your plant an opportunity to adjust to its new living environment.

Although we take great care in packaging your plants for safe delivery, sometimes things happen. If your order should arrive damaged, please send an email that includes your order number and a photo of the damages to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your delivery so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible. If packaging has damage, please report it to the Postal Service as soon as possible.
Your success is important to us. We take great care in selecting your plants and packaging them for their journey to you. If there is an issue with a plant upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours at email@example.com and include pictures of the plants. Each plant is unique and so is each home. Be sure that you are providing your new plants with the proper light and water. If you are having an issue with a plant, please contact us and we will do our best to help you keep your plants healthy and thriving.
We do our best to accurately capture the plant you will be receiving in the pictures for each product. Each plant is unique and there will be some variation in leaf color, pattern, size and number of leaves. Size references for plants (4", 5", 6" etc.) refer to the diameter of the pot that the plant is planted in, not to the height or width of the plant. Each plant is different, so please expect some variation. For rare and unique items, we will post individual pictures of the exact plant you will receive and the plant will have a name to identify it (i.e. a Florida Ghost Philodendron may have the name Casper.)
